Jon Kaplan

He is an expert in prospecting for buyers and sellers, establishing strong relationships with the key developers/investors in Atlanta, GA who have the resources to make quick decisions on buying up to $50M of commercial real estate. Jon’s focus is on helping owners that don’t have expertise in commercial real estate transactions. He strongly believes that these individuals have been underserved.
Jon joined the Atlanta Realtors Association in 2005 and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors in 2018. He is working towards his CCIM certification and is a CoStar PowerBroker.
Jon received a B.A. in Psychology with honors from SUNY Binghampton and earned an M.ED. in education from Lesley College.
